Join the Conversation; Visit the City's Engagement Booth

Throughout the next few months the City of St. John’s will be ‘popping up’ at local festivals and events. Staff and members of City Council will be on hand to engage with residents on a variety of topics including the 2016-18 Budget.
 
On Saturday, July 25 the City’s engagement booth will set up at the Lantern Festival from 3 to 5 p.m. to focus on the City’s budget and to share the Victoria Park revitalization concept plans approved by Council in June.
 
As the City prepares for the 2016-18 Budget we will consult with the public using a variety of tools including; comments/feedback through e-mail, round-table discussions with stakeholder groups, and information received through the online engagement community (engagestjohns.ca/engage).
 
The dates and locations for the engagement booth are weather dependent and include:
 
Lantern Festival                       Saturday, July 25 from 3 to 5 p.m.
Music at Harbourside               Friday, Aug. 21 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Avalon Mall                              Saturday, Aug. 29 from 2 to 5 p.m.
Music at Bannerman Park       Sunday, Sept. 13 from 1 to 3 p.m.
