Celebrate health & fitness with St. John's

The City of St. John's along with community partners Memorial University School of Human Kinetics and Recreation and the NL Kinesiology Association (NLKA), with participation from NLKA members, is recognizing and celebrating National Health & Fitness Day on Saturday, June 1.
 
The City and partners encourage everyone from children to seniors to get out and get active on National Health and Fitness Day. A number of free community events area taking place, for complete details go to stjohns.ca:

Free admission to the walking/running track in the Field House at The Works, Memorial University
