Our City. Our Future.

The City is planning for the future. Our current strategic plan expires this year and we need to set new directions to guide our work and move us forward. As well, the next three-year budget process has begun and the strategic directions we focus on for the longer term will inform the 2019-21 Budget.

In March 2018 the City completed its first citizen satisfaction survey. This statistically valid survey provided important perspectives from residents as a whole; the results will help guide future plans and continuous improvement efforts. 

Feedback from residents, key stakeholder groups, staff and Council are important. We're hosting drop-in events at locations across the city so you can give input about a new strategic plan and budget for 2019 – 2021.
