Park Cards to be Refunded

The City of St. John’s is discontinuing the Park Card that was used for payment at parking meters. Parking meters have been phased out due to vandalism and are being replaced with new pay stations that accept credit card, debit card and mobile payment.

To obtain a refund on your Park Card please visit the City of St. John’s Access Centre (first floor of City Hall) in person during regular operating hours, Mon-Fri, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Park Card refunds will be issued starting on Monday, Nov. 16, 2020 and your card is required for verification. The deadline to obtain a refund is March 31, 2021.
