Pedestrian Mall Businesses Able to Expand Outdoor Space

In response to requests from Water Street Pedestrian Mall business owners, businesses within the pedestrian mall footprint are now able to expand their outdoor space beyond their own storefronts.
 
An insurance certificate amendment, letter of consent from the building owner, and a Downtown Pedestrian Mall Application must be provided. A building application is also required if a structure is to be built.
