Public engagement is now underway for proposed naturalization projects, that includes tree planting, at three City-owned parks and open spaces Mundy Pond, Denis Lawlor Park (Airport Heights) and Buckmaster's Circle.

The City would like to hear from the neighbourhood residents on what considerations we should keep in mind in the process of naturalizing any of these areas. Engagement is open until Friday, August 6:

Natural areas act as a buffer to help protect our neighbourhoods and community from changes in climate, invasive species, and are home to important pollinators such as bees and butterflies.
