The City of St. John’s Housing Division invites landlords and property managers to participate in public engagement, from May 9 to June 3.

The engagement seeks to better understand barriers and gaps from the perspective of landlords and property managers, and to share information about supports and resources. Feedback collected during public engagement will be used to refine the Affordable Housing Working Group priorities. Engagement will also present opportunities to build relationships between private landlords, property managers, government organizations and community stakeholders.

Online Survey
Participate in a short survey to help the City better understand challenges that property owners and landlords are facing when it comes to affordable housing projects. Complete the survey online, open until June 3.

Information Session
The Federal and Municipal Incentives for Affordable Housing information session will outline various financial supports and municipal incentives currently available to landlords and developers to support affordable housing projects. Featuring speakers from the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation and the City of St. John’s.
