Registration Starts Tomorrow - Update your RECconnect Account

The City of St. John's Summer Program registration for City residents is taking place on Saturday, May 9, beginning at 8 a.m.  For residents of other municipalities, registration is on Saturday, May 16.

Due to the RECconnect software upgrade, all user accounts must be updated. Today is the final day for users to update their RECconnect accounts, in order to register tomorrow.
 
Instructions to get your password for RECconnect are as follows:

• Please select this link https://ca.apm.activecommunities.com/recconnect/ and follow the steps below
• Select 'Sign In'
• Select 'Forgot your password' on the 'Already have an Account' page.
• Enter your email address and submit
• You will receive your new temporary password
• Use this temporary password with your email address to log in to https://ca.apm.activecommunities.com/recconnect/.
• You will be prompted to enter the temporary password and your new password
• You can change your information any time through My Account on RECconnect

If you do NOT have an email address or your email address has changed, please contact recreation@stjohns.ca or by phone (709) 576-8499.  Staff will be happy to assist you in getting your email address updated.  You can then follow the steps above to get your new password.
