Remembrance Day Holiday City Schedule

Due to the Remembrance Day holiday on Thursday, Nov. 11, all City offices and facilities will be closed.
Please note:
- Waste and recycling will not be collected on Remembrance Day. On Friday, Nov. 12, collection will occur in Area 4 and 5. Recycling will be collected in Area 4B and 5B on Friday.
- Paid parking regulations will not be enforced on Thursday as it is a Shops Closing Holiday.
- Public washrooms will be open at Bannerman Park, Bowring Park and Quidi Vidi Lake.

Remembrance Day Ceremony
A Remembrance Day ceremony, organized by the Royal Canadian Legion, will be held at the War Memorial on Thursday. The public can view the ceremony from home, it will be broadcast on NTV from 10:55 a.m. to 11:55 a.m.
