Senior Executive Appointments

The City Manager is pleased to announce the appointment of the following individuals to senior executive positions effective Tuesday, Dec.1, 2015:

• Deputy City Manager, Financial Management - Derek Coffey
• Deputy City Manager, Planning , Development and Engineering  - Jason Sinyard
• Deputy City Manager, Community Services - Tanya Haywood
• Deputy City Manager, Public Works - Lynnann Winsor
• City Solicitor - Cheryl Mullet

These appointments are as a result of the retirement of the incumbent Deputy City Managers and the City Solicitor, effective Nov. 30, 2015.

“Firstly, we thank our retirees for their exemplary service and wish them all the best in their future endeavors," said Neil Martin, City Manager.  “I also look forward to working with these skilled and experienced individuals in their new roles with the City of St. John’s.”
