Seniors’ Week is from September 27 to October 1. This year’s theme - Conquering Challenges and Celebrating Change - will celebrate seniors and focus on hope for the future.

Seniors’ Week offers a full week of free programming which includes:

Active for Life Demo

Staff will be offering a demo on Active for Life, a fall prevention program that focuses on strength, balance and flexibility.

CRA Benefits and Credits for Seniors - Virtual Event

Representatives from Canada Revenue Agency's outreach program will be hosting a virtual information session for seniors on income tax, benefits and credits. Topics will include common types of income, credits and deductions such as GST/HST credit, disability tax credit, pension income splitting, medical expenses, etc. Join the Microsoft Teams Meeting online on September 29.
