Space in Summer Adult and Fitness Recreation Programs

There is still space in some of our Adult and Fitness recreation programs. We offer many programs that provide an opportunity to meet new people, socialize or try something new. From our guitar jam session to acrylic painting and our many yoga classes, there’s something for everyone. 

Guitar jam Session (18+) - this instructor led guitar jam session will give participants an opportunity to play in an informal group setting. Register here.

Intermediate Yoga - this class teaches you how to improve upon the postures learned in beginner yoga and learn additional challenging postures. Beginner Yoga experience is required. Register here.

Yin Yoga - A quiet yoga practice that improves flexibility and circulation. Yin Yoga is suitable for all levels and does not require previous yoga experience. Register here.
