St. John’s Summer Trail Mix: Musicians Needed

The City of St. John’s and MusicNL are teaming up once again to celebrate local musical talent through a St. John’s Summer Trail Mix.

This project will see the creation of a summery playlist featuring local music which will be accessible online, and via QR code throughout the City in parks and trails. The playlist will be promoted online by MusicNL and the City of St. John’s. 

Submissions are now being accepted.
 
Video Recording Opportunity

Every successful submission to the St. John’s Summer Trail Mix playlist by Friday, April 23, will be eligible to win a ‘Trail Mix Single’ video recording opportunity.
 
If your track is selected, you’ll work with a team of professionals to record a live video performance of your track. The video will be yours to use for promotion, funding submissions, export opportunities, etc., and will be promoted by the City of St. John’s and Music NL.

The winner will be selected by a panel of judges representing the City of St. John’s, MusicNL, and the local music community.
