Statement from St. John’s City Council

The harassment that is being experienced by Ophelia Ravencroft is completely unacceptable.

The public should have the utmost respect for all candidates who are putting their names forward in the election. It’s important to democracy, and it’s important for community. We need people to run for Council and they should feel safe in doing so.

We must all stand together to end this behaviour.
