Technical Issues Dialing 311

Due to technical issues beyond the City’s control, some callers may receive an error message when dialing 311. This is isolated to certain telecommunication providers.

If you receive an error message, you can still reach Access St. John’s by calling 754-CITY (2489). Service is also available online, via the app, and by email access@stjohns.ca.
 
An update will be provided when the issue is resolved.
