Ward 4 Byelection Results Declared

The votes have been counted and the residents of Ward 4 in St. John’s have elected a new council representative, Sheilagh O'Leary.

“Congratulations Sheilagh O'Leary for your successful appointment to represent residents of Ward 4,” said Mayor Dennis O’Keefe. “On behalf of City Council we look forward to working with you during the next year and a half.”
