Residents are encouraged to ensure they are registered to receive their vote by mail kit by calling 311, or by checking the voter’s list on the City’s website.

Completed kits are to be returned by Feb. 19 or alternatively residents can bring their completed kit to a drop box located outside the entrance of City Hall beginning today, until 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 23.

Residents should ensure that the following steps are followed before sending their ballot back to the City:

  • Has your ballot been sealed securely in the ballot secrecy envelope and enclosed?
  • Is your declaration form signed and enclosed?
  • Is the mailing address visible through the window of the envelope?
