Our waste collection routes have been improved to offer the most efficient use of our resources while better serving all residents, including in new or expanded residential areas of the city.

Beginning February 1, 2021, approximately 15,000 households will have a new or modified collection day. This may mean a change in your regular collection day, a change in your recycling week, or both.

To find out if your regular collection or recycling collection day has changed go to curbitstjohns.ca/schedules/ and enter your street address.

If you haven’t already, now would be a good time to sign up to receive weekly reminders of your waste collection day. Download our free app ‘St. John’s Waste & Recycling’, go to curbitstjohns.ca/schedules/ or call Access St. John’s at 311 or 754-CITY (2489).
