Public Engagement Evaluation - Final Report

This report provides an evaluation of the City of St. John's public engagement framework, policy, and activities. The purpose of the evaluation was to identify opportunities, gaps, and challenges in how the City applies it's public engagement framework and to ascertain how these can be addressed. The evaluation process included consultation with City Council, staff, and a public survey.
