ChillFest: Freez'n Fun Run & Snowshoe Demos

2km adult course/ 500m kids (12 and under) & family course. 

Outdoor fun for the entire family. Not ready for longer distances or just want to measure your current speed and fitness level? Bundle up and join us for a Freez’n Fun Run on the paved roads in beautiful Bowring Park.  All runners will receive a medal and an official time.

Look for the Start and Finish area located at the West Gate. Adult 2km race starts at 9:15am, Kids 500m race starts at 10am. Bib pick-up onsite 15 minutes prior to race time.

Immediately following the races, participants will have the opportunity try snowshoeing on our 200m Snowshoe Demo Course. Outdoor Program Staff will be on hand to help runners get fitted for snowshoes. Limited quantities available.  Please RSVP for snowshoeing during Eventbrite registration.

This event is free, but pre-registration is required. Pre-register at Eventbrite. Bib pick-up onsite.
