Due to the projected snow accumulation and high winds forecasted, the City of St. John’s will have a delayed opening on Monday, Jan. 6, 2020 for City Hall and all recreational facilities, community centres and the Railway Coastal Museum. An update will be provided by 10 a.m. on Jan. 06, 2020.
