The traffic disruption along Portugal Cove Road at Higgins Line intersection has been extended and is expected to continue until noon, Wednesday, Oct. 29, 2014.
Traffic along Portugal Cove Road, at the Higgins Line intersection, will be reduced to a single lane in both directions to facilitate connection of the new water transmission main to the existing upstream water transmission main system. Motorists should expect delays and may want to consider taking alternate routes where possible. Some turning movements at the intersection will be restricted.
