Motorists are advised due to road repairs, that Portugal Cove Rd. south bound lane between Airport Heights Dr. and the ramp to Outer Ring Rd. west will be closed from 01:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Friday, December 1, 2017. The City of St. John's apologizes for any inconvenience.
