Lane Closure - Ruby Line (West Bound Lane) at Bay Bulls Road

Motorists are advised that Ruby Line (West Bound Lane) will be closed to traffic at the intersection with Bay Bulls Road, to facilitate ongoing construction work associated with the Goulds Servicing (Phase 2) - Sanitary Trunk Sewer Project.
Traffic restrictions will be as follows:
- No access to Ruby Line from Bay Bulls Road
- No left turn onto Bay Bulls Road from Ruby Line
- Right turn only from Ruby Line onto Bay Bulls Road
- Single lane of traffic on Bay Bulls Road
Signate will be in place and flag persons will be on site. Portable automated traffic signals will be used after hours. Motorists will experience slow-downs and delays and are encouraged to use an alternate route, if possible.
