Motorists are advised that Bay Bulls Road (at Walsh's Lane) will be reduced to one lane to facilitate construction works associated with the Goulds Servicing (Phase 2) Sanitary Trunk Sewer Project. Vehicular and pedestrian traffic will be maintained. Signage will be in place and flag persons will be on site.
