Local residents may access / leave Battery Road via Quidi Vidi Road
Residents below St. Joseph's Lane on Signal Hill Road may access Quidi Vidi Road by descending Signal Hill Road. All other descending traffic to exit via St. Jospeh's Lane. Local resident access to area controlled at Plymouth Road and Quidi Vidi Road.

Motorists are advised to find an alternate route. Residents may be temporarily detained while race participants are passing. A detour will be in place and Flagpersons and Race Marshalls will be present during the Race. The City of St. John's apologizes for any inconvenience.
