Access to Battery and Signal Hill Area
Local residents may access / leave Battery Road via Quidi Vidi Road
Residents below St. Joseph's Lane on Signal Hill Road may access Quidi Vidi Road by descending Signal Hill Road.  All other descending traffic to exit via St. Jospeh's Lane.  Local resident access to area controlled at Plymouth Road and Quidi Vidi Road.
