Meter Bagging - Harbour Drive

Seven meters will be bagged prohibiting public parking on southside of Harbour Drive, west of Clift's Bair's Cove; and three meters will be bagged on the northside of Harbour Drive, east of Clift's Baird's Cove to accommodate cruise ship visit.
