Seven parking meters will be bagged prohibiting public parking on the south side of Harbour Drive, west of Clift's Baird's Cove; and three parking meters will be bagged prohibiting public parking on the north side of Harbour Drive, east of Clift's Baird's Cove, to accommodate cruise ship visit.
