Meter Bagging - Water Street/Duckworth Street

Five parking meters will be bagged prohibiting public parking on the north side of Water Street, between Beck's Cove and Adelaide Street, and on the south side of Duckworth Street, between New Gower Street and McBride's Hill, to accommodate Canada Day Concert.  Absolutely no parking is allowed during this period of time, effective 24/7.
