Phone Services Impacted

Due to the Rogers outage impacting phones from Ontario east, phone lines at City facilities are currently not working. Please note that Access St. John’s is not available by 311 or 754-CITY.

To report an issue, email access@stjohns.ca, or use the 311 St. John’s app. Front counter service is available at City Hall until 4 p.m. today. Please note - credit cards are being accepted and processed at Access St. John’s this morning. Some debit payments are not being accepted due to the outage.
