Recreation Report July 8 at 11 a.m.

This is the City of St. John’s Summer Recreation Report updated on Monday, July 8, 2013 at 11:00 a.m.

The Teakwood Park / Southlands Activity Centre will be held outside this afternoon at Teakwood Park.

St. John's Youth Micro Soccer programs for 12:15 and 1:15 p.m. are going ahead today at Ayre Athletic Grounds.

Youth half and full day courses are fun and teach valuable like rowing, canoeing, kayaking, cooking or photography. Call (709) 576-8630 or E-mail recreation@stjohns.ca to get more information on any of these fun and exciting courses.

A reminder for Seniors that Thursday, July 11 is the 12th annual Seniors Program Party in the Park from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. on the lawn of the Bowring Park Bungalow. Free admission for an afternoon of great friends, some snacks and great local live entertainment.
