Road Construction - June 7-11

Contractors may be working on the following arterial and collector streets from June 7-11 under the City’s annual streets rehabilitation and infrastructure maintenance programs.  Work could include concrete/street excavation, concrete work, paving, heater scarifying, utility adjustment, ditch cleaning and culvert installation.  Commuters may experience traffic delays in these areas:

Braemere Street (Virginia Road to Civic #16)
Conway Crescent
Feild Street (Newtown Road to Merrymeeting Road)
Freshwater Road (Empire Avenue to Hamel Street)
George’s Pond Road
Goodyear Place
Guy Street (Baltimore Street to Whiteway Street)
Hamlyn Road (Canada Drive to Topsail Road)
Power’s Court
Queen’s Road (Long’s Hill to Garrison Hill)
Topsail Road (Outerbridge Street to City Limits)
 
Other local/residential streets may have ongoing construction and affected homeowners and businesses have been notified separately.
