Road Construction - October 11-15

Contractors may be working on the following streets from October 11-15 under the City’s annual streets rehabilitation and infrastructure maintenance programs.  Work could include concrete/street excavation, concrete work, paving, heater scarifying, utility adjustment, ditch cleaning and culvert installation.  Commuters may experience traffic delays in these areas:

Duckworth Street (Civic #’s 73 & 279)

Empire Avenue (various locations)
Halley Drive
Hamlyn Road
Harvey Road (Civic #77)

L’Anse Aux Meadows Crescent (east side Blackmarsh Road to Greystone Court)
Linden Place
Mount Cashel Road (Horwood Street to Torbay Road)
New Gower Street
Newtown Road (various locations)
Prescott Street (adjacent Civic #14 Queens Road)
St. Michael’s Avenue
Water Street (Civic #88)
