- Select Sign In.
- Select Forget your password? on the Already have an Account? page.
- Enter your Email address and Submit. You will be sent your new temporary password.
- Use this temporary password with your email address to log in to https://ca.apm.activecommunities.com/recconnect/.
- You will then be prompted to enter the temporary password and your new password.
- You can change your information any time through My Account on RECconnect.
If you do NOT have an email address or your email address has changed, please contact recreation@stjohns.ca or by phone (709)576-8499 or (709)576-8631. Staff will be happy to assist you in getting your email address updated. You can then follow the steps above to get your new password.
