Forty meters will be bagged prohibiting public parking on southside of Harbour Drive, west of Clift's Barid's Cove; and twenty five meters will be bagged on the northside of Harbour Drive, fifteen meters on both northside and southtside of Harbour Drive, east of Clift's Baird Cove to accomodate cruise ship visit.
