Residents of St. John's are advised that there will be a traffic delay and lane reduction at the corner of Water Street and Prescott Street due to overhead work on the TD Building. Expect delays. This will be in effect from February 19, 2017 from 12:00 -4:00 a.m.. Flagpersons will be on site and periodic detours may be in place when needed.
