Paving operations are scheduled for the intersection of Columbus Drive and Topsail Road this Saturday, September 17th. Detours will be in place, flagspersons will be on site and commuters may be rerouted in different directions as necessary. Significant traffic delays are expected and motorists are advised to avoid this area if possible. The City of St. John's apologizes for any inconvenience.
