Motorists are advised that construction on Lemarchant Road (from Cookstown Road to Lime Street) will commence Tuesday, November 3rd and continue until Friday, November 13th. Flagpersons will be on site, and long delays are expected. It is strongly recommended that motorists find an alternate route. The City of St. John's apologizes for any inconvenience.
