Motorists are advised that Topsail Rd between Water St. and Shaw St. will be closed to facilitate emergency sewer repairs. There will be no access for emergency vehicles. There will be a further update at 9am tomorrow, Sept. 27th....
Motorists are advised that Kilbride Avenue from Bay Bulls Rd to Rawlins Place is closed to Traffic due to a Sewer repair. The road is scheduled to re-open by approximately 10:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 25, 2013.
