Mayor Dennis O'Keefe, Chair of the St. John's Cruise Committee, regrets to advise that the cruise ship, Legend of the Seas, scheduled to visit St. John's on Saturday, September 20, 2014 has cancelled its visit due to adverse marine condiions.
