A Discretionary Use Application has been submitted requesting permission to add a third unit to the existing dwelling at 263 Empire Avenue, which will make it a "Multiple Dwelling". The new unit will contain one bedroom, the second existing unit contains two bedrooms, and the third existing unit contains four bedrooms. Off-street parking will be provided for up to six vehicles (4 conforming, 2 stacking).
