4 Ricketts Road
An application was received by the City for a take-out service for 4 Ricketts Road. Currently, this land use is not included in the Commercial Local (CL) Zone. Council is considering making a text amendment to the St. John’s Development Regulations to allow the use of a take-out food service as a Discretionary Use in the CL Zone. The City is also advertising the proposed take-out at 4 Ricketts Road.
