Amendment - 80 Kelsey Drive

The City of St. John's is considering an amendment to the St. John’s Development Regulations to increase the maximum Building Height allowed in the Commercial Kenmount (CK) Zone from 15 metres to 18 metres. This amendment was initiated by an application to develop a four storey, 18 metre high office building at 80 Kelsey Drive

Any person wishing to make a submission on this amendment must provide a signed written statement, including your name and street address, to the Office of the City Clerk by 9:30 a.m., Tuesday, September 4, 2018, either by mail: P.O. Written submissions received will become a matter of public record and will be included in the agenda for the regular meeting of Council on Monday, September 10, 2018, at which time Council is scheduled to make a decision on this amendment.
