An appeal against the decision of Council approving an application requesting permission to consolidate 2 lots located at 46 & 48 Barrows Road to create a larger lot on which to construct a single detached dwelling that exceeds the requirements of the Quidi Village Overlay Zone and Design Guidelines. The dwelling will have a proposed footprint of 222m² and the proposed building height is 10.5 metres to the roof peak. View the Land Use Report online.
