Appeal Board: 601 Main Road

An appeal against a decision of the Department of Planning, Engineering, and Regulatory Services to reject an application for proposed screening of topsoil at 601 Main Road, as being contrary to Section 10.33 of the St. John’s Development Regulations will take place 12:15 pm, Wednesday, March 21, 2018 in Conference Room A - fourth floor, City Hall.
Any person whose property/properties are affected by this appeal has the right to be heard and to give evidence thereon and are requested to notify the City Clerk by one of the following means:
