Application: 10 Sea Rose Avenue

A Discretionary Use application has been submitted requesting permission to occupy 10 Sea Rose Avenue as a Light Industrial Use for a Water Bottling Facility.

The proposed building will have a floor area of approximately 5000 square feet and will be a single storey in height.

Written submissions received will become a matter of public record and will be included in the agenda for the regular meeting of Council on Monday, December 12, 2016, at which time Council is scheduled to make a decision on this application.
