A Discretionary Use Application has been submitted requesting permission to occupy 11 Avalon Street as a home occupation for a craft studio (pottery). The studio will have a total floor area of 26.8m2.
 
The proposed business will operate Sunday & Monday from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Tuesday – Saturday from 6:30 – 9 p.m. On-site parking is available for 2 vehicles. The applicant is the sole employee.
