A Discretionary Use application has been submitted by Long Harbour Holdings Inc.at 11 Barrows Road (property also known as 11 -15 Barrow’s Road).

Description
There are 5 Eating Establishments proposed for the site; 4 food trucks and one temporary Building, along with the approved ice-cream shed. A tent will be located onsite and the area surrounding it will be fenced due to the sale of alcohol, which is served in conjunction with an Eating Establishment Use. Picnic tables will be provided for seating. The overall use will occupy an area of 3135.5m2.

The hours of operation are 7 days a week, 11 a.m.- 9 p.m. The proposed Use will be temporary for 2 seasons, operating May - September 2021 and May - September 2022, 6 parking spaces are provided along Maple View Place and additional parking relief will be requested. A shuttle service will be provided from nearby parking areas. Speakers are not proposed for this development.
