Original application:
A Change of Non-Conforming Use application has been submitted requesting permission to change the use of 11 Boncloddy Street to a restaurant. The proposed use would occupy an area of 74.3 m2 and will replace the previous Sports Bar Lounge. The business would employee two people with the possibility of an additional two employees. Hours of operation will be from 5-10 p. m., seven days a week, with the potential of a lunch time opening from 12-2 p.m. Parking relief has been requested as there is no on-site parking.
