A Discretionary Use Application has been submitted requesting permission to operate a lounge in association with a new hotel located at 128 Water Street. The proposed business will occupy a floor area of 97 m². The proposed hours of operation are Thursday to Saturday from noon – 2 a.m. and Sunday to Wednesday from noon – midnight.
